 北京邮电大学玛丽女王海南学院是北京邮电大学与英国伦敦玛丽女王大学合作设立的非独立法人中外合作办学机构，坐落于海南自贸港陵水黎安国际教育创新试验区内。学院拥有BUPT QMUL专享楼宇，配备智慧教室、专业科研实验室与国际交流空间，实现北京本部与海南校区教学资源实时共享。依托试验区平台，学院可与区内其他入驻高校实现师资共享、课程共建、学分互认，打造开放融合的国际化科教环境。
BUPT QMUL Hainan College is a Sino foreign cooperative educational institution jointly established by Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT) and Queen Mary University of London (QMUL). It is located within Li'an International Education Innovation Pilot Zone in Lingshui, Hainan Free Trade Port. The college features the exclusive BUPT QMUL building equipped with smart classrooms, specialized research laboratories and multi functional international exchange spaces, enabling real time sharing of teaching resources between BUPT Beijing campus and the Hainan site. Supported by the pilot zone, the college realizes faculty sharing, joint curriculum development and credit mutual recognition with other resident universities, building an open and integrated international teaching research ecosystem.
学院地处试验区滨海片区，交通条件便利，周边主要机场均可便捷抵达：试验区距离三亚凤凰国际机场88公里，从三亚凤凰机场站搭乘高铁前往陵水站约20 35分钟；距离琼海博鳌国际机场114公里，高铁至陵水站约30分钟；距离海口美兰国际机场200公里，高铁全程约1小时15分钟。陵水高铁站距离校区约22公里，抵达陵水高铁站后，可乘坐91路公交车至试验区终点站，也可选择网约车或出租车直达校区。

The venue enjoys convenient transportation with good access to major regional airports. It is 88 km away from Sanya Phoenix International Airport, with a 20 35 minute high speed rail ride from Sanya Phoenix Airport Railway Station to Lingshui Railway Station. Qionghai Bo'ao International Airport is 114 km away, with around 30 minutes by high speed train to Lingshui Station. Haikou Meilan International Airport lies 200 km away, reachable within about 1 hour and 15 minutes via high speed rail. Lingshui Railway Station is approximately 22 km from the campus. Upon arrival at Lingshui Railway Station, visitors can take Bus Route 91 to the final stop "Experimental Zone", or take online hailed taxi or regular taxi directly to the college campus.

Lingshui Jiao Business Hotel is located 300 meters northwest of the Dadun Agricultural Trade Market in Lingshui Li Autonomous County, Hainan Province, outside the precinct of the Lingshui Li International Education Innovation Pilot Zone. It is 2.8 km / 40 minutes on foot to the conference venue while 3.4 km / 10 minutes by taxi.
