I. Introduction

The 10th ICCIP, hosted by Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, will be held in Hainan from November 14-17, 2024. In this conference, experts from various field will get together to discuss vital topics including communication theory, wireless communication, communication signal processing, etc, which makes it a good opportunity for experience exchange. We hope that this conference will help the development of Information technology, play a good role of brainstorming and discussion, so as to create a multi-party participation, collaborative and efficient innovation pattern.
The competition is focused on Information technology applications and services，which mainly refers to engineering developments in blockchain, bigdata, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and more, with the internet and industrial intelligence acting as the core. It covers pain points solved by these application areas, related technology solutions, test results, conclusions and more. There are two main topics as follows.

Topic1: Information technology application system design and practice, including blockchain, bigdata, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and more. Information technology service scenarios that can be combined, such as healthcare, education, energy and other fields, to design an Information technology-based application system.
Topic2: Information key core technology research and development, including blockchain, bigdata, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and more. You can research and develop new innovation points for existing Information technology.

 

II. Participants

The competition is a team competition with teams consisting of 2-5 members. Entrants shall be students who are currently enrolled.

 

III. Document submission

The team should submit a report, slides and the information collection form(attached template). The files should be submited to iccip_contest_2024@163.com before 24:00, September 25th.

The report and slides should be written according to a typical application scenario. It should include case-investigation of development trends from both China and abroad, as well as how to use Information technology to creatively solve the key problems in the above-selected scenario. We encourage the team to design an Information technology application system completely, and they should demonstrate the feasibility of the system.
Request of the report and slides:

• Name your file with report title and, team leader and telephone number，For example, Report title-San ZHANG-18913131234. The size of both files must be less than 20M.
• In the slide and the report cover and ending, team members’s name (including team leader) should be given clearly.
• The slide should include introduction, the analysis about the system and the technique, your design and the validation.
• The report should include abstract, table of contents, text, references and so on. the number of words in the text of the report shall not be less than 3000 words, both Chinese and English are acceptable. Content of slides should refer to your report.

• Download the template, and name the file with report title, team leader and telephone number，For example, Report title-San ZHANG-18913131234-information.

IV. NOTE

Participants should abide by academic ethics and respect intellectual property rights. In case of any dispute during the competition, the organizing committee has the right to cancel the qualification of relevant personnel.
Other matters not covered above shall be explained by the organizing committee.
