With the widespread application of smart terminals and the rapid development of artificial intelligence technologies, intelligent communication and computing-related technologies have garnered extensive attention from both industry and academia. On one hand, communication technologies are evolving towards increased intelligence, where the key directions include: the use of digital twin networks providing fundamental theories and methods for network planning, optimization, and intelligent management; and the deployment of deep networks and their large models offering new technical routes for communication technology research, such as extensive studies on deep-network-based channel estimation, antenna beamforming, resource allocation, and operation maintenance. On the other hand, the development of mobile edge computing and computing force network technologies has led to a shift from the fusion of communication and computing to their integration. Simultaneously, the computing requirements in networks are transitioning from general computing to intelligent computing, necessitating in-depth research into corresponding communication network architectures, transmission technologies, and network management techniques. In summary, the intelligentization of communication technologies and the integration of communication and computing are crucial research topics in the field of communications. This session calls for the latest theoretical research, engineering implementations, and standardization progress related to intelligent communication and computing technologies. the topoics are as follows:
Digital Twin Network for Simulation and Intelligent Practices
			    Task Oriented Mobile Edge Computing
			    Integrated Communication Sensoring and Computing
Radio Map Based intelligent Cellular-connected UAV
			    Semantic Communication for Intelligent Computing
